Full Service.  Masterworks Custom Homes offers a "turn-key" approach to home building.  By turn-key we  mean you can get everything you need working with us from site selection, lot clearing, custom home design, interior design, financing (through associates), construction, and service after move-in.  We also have programs to help you sell your existing home!

5.  Licensed and Insured.  This is an extremely important area many prospective home buyers overlook.  We carry General Liability insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and we require our subs to carry liability insurance.  This protects you in the event a problem arises due to accident, injury, or other unforeseen event.  Not all builders do this so insist that you see these certificates from any builder before you sign a contract!  We are a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission.  This too is important as it mandates certain procedures that must be followed when building a home.
